St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation is administered by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board is made up of people of various backgrounds, representing the communities we serve.

The Board of Directors works to determine appropriate and effective methods of raising funds for needs identified by the hospital. The Board meets nine times a year, including an annual general meeting in April.

Each Board member is appointed for a two year term and can serve up to three consecutive terms. The executive positions (chair, past chair, vice-chair, treasurer, and secretary) are appointed annually, with the chair being able to serve up to four consecutive years in that position. The current chair is Karen Pitka.
