Each year, St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation provides $50,000 for Professional and Organizational Development Awards for SPH employees. This money helps pay for tuition and materials for employees attending school, as well as helping to cover expenses for training and development seminars and conferences.

St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation also provides $50,000 annually for the St. Paul's Hospital Foundation Draws. The SPHF Draws provide funding for SPH departments in two categories, purchases up to $1,500 and purchases between $1,500 and $5,000, for equipment not covered by traditional funding sources.
